adjustable-wooden-sauna-headrest
Adjustable Wooden Sauna Headrest, Rotating Ergonomic Neck and Back Support for Sauna Benches and Steam Rooms

This adjustable wooden sauna headrest rotates, so one rest works for sitting upright or lying flat along the bench: turned one way it supports the neck when you lie down, the other way it supports the back when you sit. It is wood rather than padding for a reason. Foam and fabric soak up steam and sweat and never fully dry, while wood sheds moisture and dries between sessions.

It lives on the top bench, where most of the session is spent. Lying down, it goes under the neck so your head is not flat on the boards; sitting up, rotate it and it rests behind you against the wall or backrest, so you stop shifting to find a comfortable angle. One rest serves whoever lies down and whoever sits up to read. As a sauna pillow or neck rest for a sauna bench or steam room, wood on wood matches the benches.

It is wood, with no fabric or foam cover to hold moisture. After each session take it out of the sauna and let it dry with air moving around it rather than leaving it on the hot bench. Wipe it with a dry cloth if damp. Skip detergent and never soak it; drying properly is all the wood needs.

Specifications

Material: Wood

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1077/6644/8469/files/hf_20260906_102211_836ad021-6f43-44d9-bbf0-33de7bf3ffa1.png?v=1788692194
