How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 8 to 15 days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way, and you can follow the parcel from there. If the tracking has not moved for 10 days, contact us and we will look into it. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, we resend it or refund you in full.

Where do you ship?

To the US, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is $4.95 and free on orders over $100. Shipping options are shown at checkout.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first with your order number: we send you the return authorization and the return address, and returns sent without it are not accepted. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or not as ordered. See our Return Policy for details.

How do you choose the products?

We pick pieces that suit a calm Nordic home and work in everyday use. Every product page lists the material, the measurements and how to look after it, so you know what you are getting before it arrives.

Are the measurements in inches?

Product pages list dimensions in both inches and centimeters. If you are unsure whether a piece will fit, contact us before ordering and we will check.
