This store is operated by Mäki Management Oy (Finland, Business ID 3409858-7), trading as Finial Interiors. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless a different currency is displayed. Payment is taken at the time of order through the payment methods shown at checkout.

Shipping

We ship to Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the US by tracked post. Most orders arrive in 8 to 15 days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as described in our Return Policy.

Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, including dimensions, materials, and colors. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. If a description contains an error, we will correct it and, if you have already ordered, offer you the choice of proceeding or cancelling for a full refund.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your place of residence.
