Acacia Wood Sink Tray, Solid Wood Bathroom and Candle Tray for Soap, Skincare and Vanity, Long or Wide
Solid acacia, sized to sit behind the tap where the counter is otherwise dead space.
Details
This acacia wood sink tray is solid hardwood with a low rim, sized to sit behind the basin faucet where the counter is otherwise dead space. The rim is enough to stop a soap bar and a bottle sliding off, yet low enough that the tray does not read as a box. It is solid wood with the grain on the surface, not veneer over board.
In the bathroom it goes behind or beside the sink faucet as a vanity tray, holding the hand soap, a skincare bottle and a ring dish off the wet counter. It also works as a candle tray on a dining or coffee table, grouping three or four candles so the wax stays off the wood underneath. Acacia sits well with white ceramic, marble, brass and matte black.
One tray, long or wide. Long, 28.5 x 10 cm, runs along the back of a wide basin; wide, 19 x 15 cm, sits square beside it. Acacia is a dense hardwood with a marked grain, so no two trays match. Wipe it dry after splashes and lift it now and then so the underside can breathe. Standing water marks the grain; if a soap bar lives there, put a soap dish on top. Oil it every few months.

Why it earns its place
Behind the tap
The long shape, 28.5 x 10 cm, runs along the back of the basin; the wide one, 19 x 15 cm, sits square beside it. Either uses space you were not using.
Low rim
Enough of an edge to keep a soap bar and a bottle from sliding off, low enough that it does not look like a box.
Solid acacia
Solid wood with the grain visible on the surface, not a veneer over board. The warm tone suits pale and dark bathrooms alike.

In your home
In the bathroom it goes behind or beside the basin tap, holding the hand soap, a skincare bottle and a ring dish so they are not standing on wet counter. The long version runs along the back of a wide basin; the wide version suits a corner or the end of a vanity.
It also does duty as a candle tray on a dining or coffee table, grouping three or four candles so the wax stays off the wood underneath. Acacia sits well with white ceramic, marble, brass and matt black.
Materials and quality
It is solid acacia, a dense hardwood with a marked grain, so no two trays look identical. Solid wood in a bathroom is a sensible choice as long as it is not left standing in water, which is why the description is blunt about wiping it dry. The low rim keeps bottles from sliding off without turning the tray into a box. You get one tray in the shape you pick, wide or long.
Care and everyday use
Wipe it dry after splashes, and lift it off the counter now and then so the underside can breathe. Standing water marks the grain, so do not let a wet soap bar sit on it for days; use a soap dish on top if the bar lives there. A wipe of oil every few months keeps the colour deep.
