Bamboo Dish Drying Rack, Plate Rack for Plates, Lids, Cutting Boards and Books, Single or Set of 2
A bamboo rack that stands plates, lids and boards on edge to dry.
Details
A low bamboo rack for drying plates on the counter: two slanted rails joined by cross pieces, each with a row of six upright round dowels. Plates, lids and boards stand on edge between the dowels, so both sides are in the open air instead of lying in a wet stack.
Choose Single Rack, or Set of 2 for a second rack next to the first. It is not only for dishes: stand cutting boards, pot lids, bowls or cups on it, or use it on a desk or shelf to keep books and files upright.
Wipe it dry after use and let it air out now and then so the bamboo stays in good shape.

Why it earns its place
Plates on edge
Six upright dowels on each rail hold plates, lids and boards standing, so they are not lying in a wet stack.
Natural bamboo
A warm, natural material that looks at home on a wooden countertop or next to white tiles.
Single or Set of 2
One rack by the sink, or two side by side when a dinner party leaves more plates than one rack can take.

In your home
Put it beside the sink on a dish towel or a tray and stand the plates in it straight from the dishpan. Pot lids and the cutting board go in the same rows, and everything is ready to put away once it is dry.
It works away from the sink too: on the counter to show off a few favorite plates, in the pantry for trays and boards, or on a desk where it keeps books and files upright. Bamboo sits comfortably with oak, linen, stoneware and white tiles.
Materials and quality
The rack is bamboo: two long slanted rails, cross pieces that hold them apart, and a row of six round dowels standing up from each rail. Plates and boards rest on edge between the dowels rather than lying flat, which keeps them apart while they drip dry. It sits low on the counter, saves space, and it is made to withstand daily use, one load of dishes after another.
Care and everyday use
Wipe the rack with a dry cloth after the last plates come off, and let it dry fully before you put anything else on it. Do not leave it standing in water, do not put it in the dishwasher, and keep it away from direct heat sources. A quick wipe now and then keeps the dowels clean.
Good to know
How many racks do I get?
One with Single Rack, two with Set of 2, the same design in each.
Can it hold more than plates?
Yes. Pot lids, cutting boards, bowls and cups fit too, and on a desk it keeps books and files upright.
Where should it stand?
On the counter beside the sink, ideally on a dish towel or a tray to catch the drips.
