This round cream wall lamp is a smooth dome fixed flush to the wall, a pebble pressed into the plaster. The body is metal, the dome is acrylic, and acrylic is the point: light spreads through the whole surface, an even, low glow with no beam and no hot spot. It runs at 12 W with three color temperatures built in, switched without a remote.
Beside the bed it is the light left on low for reading; a pair leaves both nightstands clear. In a hallway a row at hip height lights the way at night without waking anyone, and the flat profile suits a narrow corridor where a bracket lamp would clip shoulders. In a living room it works as a small sconce. Beige and white disappear into plaster, limewash and pale paint; red is for a white hallway that wants color.
