A round, flat ceramic board in a white marble pattern with soft gray swirling veins, for a wedge of cheese, a few pastries or a small charcuterie spread. The underside is left unglazed and slightly rough, so the board stays put on the table instead of sliding.

Choose 15 cm / 6 in for one cheese with crackers or a dessert, 20 cm / 8 in for two people, or 25 cm / 10 in for a fuller spread. The veining varies from board to board, and some come out a darker gray. Each order is one board.

It is dishwasher and microwave safe, so it goes straight into the dishwasher after the party.

Care and everyday use

Rinse off cheese and crumbs, then put the board in the dishwasher or wash it by hand in warm, soapy water. It is also microwave safe. Avoid cutting directly on the surface and skip scouring pads. Store it flat, and dry the unglazed underside before you stack it with other plates.
