A small clear glass vase with fine fluted ribs all the way around: a rounded lower body, a narrow waist and a wavy rim that flares out at the top. The shape holds one stem upright and shows off the water and the stem through the glass.
It is 15 cm tall with a rim 6 cm across, sized for a single tulip, a sprig of blossom or a cutting rooting in water. Real flowers or artificial stems both work, on a coffee table, a cabinet or a bathroom shelf.
Change the water often for fresh flowers and rinse the vase by hand in warm water.

Materials and quality
The vase is clear glass with fine vertical fluting that runs from the rounded base, through the narrow waist and out to the wavy rim. The narrow waist helps a single stem stand upright, and the flared rim gives it room to lean a little. At 15 cm tall, with a 6 cm rim, it holds enough water for one or two stems or a cutting, and it fits on the smallest shelf.
Care and everyday use
Rinse the vase in warm water by hand and change the water every couple of days when it holds fresh flowers. A thin bottle brush clears the narrow waist. Dry the outside with a soft cloth to avoid water marks, and keep the glass away from direct heat sources.
