A plush microfiber bath mat with a thin foam core and wide channel stripes, soft underfoot when you step out of the shower and quick to take in the drips. The dotted underside grips tiles and wooden floors, so the mat stays where you put it.

Two sizes: 16 x 24 inches / 40 x 60 cm for the front of a basin or a small shower, and 20 x 32 inches / 50 x 80 cm for the side of a bath. Dark grey hides everyday wear; cream keeps a light bathroom bright.

Shake it out or vacuum it regularly. Wash it by hand in lukewarm water with a little mild detergent, press out the water and let it dry flat, away from direct heat.

Materials and quality

The mat has three layers: a soft microfiber flannel surface, a 0.28 inch thick foam core and a non-slip base with a dotted grip pattern. The foam gives it cushioning without bulk, and the microfiber takes in water and dries quickly between uses. It comes in 16 x 24 inch and 20 x 32 inch sizes.

Care and everyday use

Shake out or vacuum the mat once or twice a week. Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild detergent, press out the water and dry flat away from radiators and direct sun. Avoid bleach and hot water, which can damage the foam and the grip.
