It is 40 cm across and 6 cm thick, a seat for one person on the floor, a bench or a low stool. Use it for meditation, as extra seating around a low table when friends come over for tea, or on a bench by the door.
Keep it dry and clean it with a dry cloth. If it gets wet, wipe it and let it dry naturally in an airy or warm spot.
