Mains-powered lightInstallation and care notes: Product Safety and Care

A Bauhaus mushroom lamp with a layered shade: two soft rounded discs stacked like flat cushions on a slim polished chrome stem and a round chrome base. Switched on, the shade glows softly and the chrome picks up the light.

It is 30 cm / 11.81 in tall and 18 cm / 7.09 in wide, about the height of a wine bottle, which suits a bedside table or a shelf. The LED is included and dims through 9 brightness levels, with three light colors: white, neutral and warm. It is rechargeable over USB. Choose White or Orange.

Set it to warm and low for the last half hour before sleep. Wipe the shade and the chrome with a soft dry cloth.

Bauhaus Mushroom Table Lamp, Dimmable Layered Bedside Light with Chrome Stand for Bedroom and Living Room, White or Orange

Why it earns its place

Layered shade

Two stacked, rounded discs give the classic Bauhaus mushroom shape a softer, more playful outline.

9 brightness levels

Dim it down for the bedside or turn it up for reading, in white, neutral or warm light.

Chrome stand

A slim polished chrome stem and round base that suit both White and Orange.

In your home

On a bedside table it gives a low, even glow for reading, and warm light at the lowest level makes a gentle night light. At 30 cm / 11.81 in tall it also fits a bookshelf, a desk corner or the end of a sideboard.

White suits a calm room with linen, pale wood and other white pieces; Orange brings a mid-century accent to a gray sofa, teak furniture or a vintage record cabinet. Because it charges over USB, it can move from the living room to the bedroom as the evening goes on.

Materials and quality

The lamp has a slim polished chrome stem and a round chrome base under a layered shade of two stacked rounded discs. The LED light source is included and dims through 9 brightness levels, with a choice of white, neutral or warm light. It recharges through a USB connection. At 30 cm / 11.81 in tall and 18 cm / 7.09 in wide, it is sized for a bedside table, a shelf or a desk.

Care and everyday use

Wipe the shade with a soft dry cloth and polish the chrome with a dry microfiber cloth to keep fingerprints off. Keep water and sprays away from the charging port. Place the lamp on a flat, stable surface away from direct heat sources, and unplug the charger once the lamp is charged.
