Ceramic tableware shaped like a chrysanthemum: fluted petal ribs run all the way around the outside and the rim is scalloped like the edge of a flower. The finish is a soft, matte frosted white, so the shape does the decorating.

Choose from four sizes. The Bowl, 13 cm / 5 in is 4.6 cm tall and holds 380 ml, right for dessert, yogurt or a side; the Bowl, 16.5 cm / 6.5 in takes a bigger portion. The Plate, 20 cm / 8 in suits cake and starters, and the Plate, 25 cm / 10 in works as a serving plate. Each order is one piece.

Wash it by hand with a soft sponge so the frosted surface stays even.
