Marble Slab Wall Sconce, Brass Ring Up and Down LED Light for Hallway, Bedroom and Living Room, Warm White
A slab of white marble in a brass ring lights the wall above it and below it.
Details
This marble slab wall sconce is white marble, veined in gray and soft pink, held to the wall by a brass ring. The ring is open top and bottom, so the LED washes the wall above and beneath the slab, and that is what gives flat stone presence on an empty wall. It is hardwired, so it sits flat with no cord, and the ring does the fixing instead of a hidden bracket.
In a hallway, put one either side of a mirror, or space two down a long wall to light the corridor with no ceiling fixture. In a bedroom, one behind each side of the bed replaces the bedside lamps, and the up and down wash makes the wall itself the light. It suits sage, plaster pink and warm white walls, and any room with brass faucets or handles.
Marble and brass, warm white light. The veining is natural, so it varies from slab to slab and yours will not exactly match the photo. Marble is porous: use a dry or barely damp cloth and keep vinegar, lemon and bathroom sprays away. The brass ring only needs a dry cloth; metal polish can dull it. Turn the circuit off and let it cool before cleaning around the open ends.

Why it earns its place
Up and down light
The ring is open at both ends, so the wall is lit above and below the slab, which is what gives it presence on a plain wall.
Natural veining
White marble with gray and soft pink veins, and since the stone is natural, no two slabs are alike. Yours will not match the photo exactly, and that is the point.
Brass ring
The marble is held by a brass ring rather than a bracket, so the fixing is part of the look instead of something to hide.

In your home
In a hallway, one on each side of a mirror or a pair spaced down a long wall gives the corridor light without a ceiling fitting. In a bedroom it takes the place of a bedside lamp, on the wall behind each side of the bed, and the up-and-down wash means the wall itself becomes the light.
White marble with pink and gray veining goes with plaster pink, warm white, sage and any room that already has brass taps or handles. It is quiet enough to sit next to a dark headboard and warm enough not to look clinical in a white hall.
Materials and quality
A real slab of marble, white with gray and soft pink veining, held in a brass ring. Because the stone is natural, the veining is different on every piece, so what arrives is a one-off rather than a print of marble. The ring is open above and below, and the light is warm white. It is hardwired, so it sits flat to the wall with no cord.
Care and everyday use
Marble is porous, so wipe it with a dry or barely damp cloth and nothing acidic; no vinegar, no lemon, no bathroom spray. Dust the brass ring with a dry cloth and skip metal polish, which can dull the finish. Switch the circuit off before cleaning around the open ends and let the light cool.
Good to know
Does it plug in?
It is hardwired to a cable at the mounting point, so only the marble and the ring show on the wall.
Will mine look like the photo?
Close, but not identical. The veining is natural, so the gray and pink pattern differs from slab to slab.
Does it light the wall above and below?
Yes. The brass ring is open at both ends, so the slab throws warm white light up the wall and down it.
