Modern Long LED Wall Light, Nordic Linear Sconce for Staircase, Living Room and Bedroom, Black, Warm White
One linear fitting lights a whole flight of stairs with an even line, not a pool.
Details
This long LED wall light puts an even line of light along a wall instead of a pool. On a staircase one fitting lights the whole flight, instead of a row of separate sconces. The LED strip is integrated and dims by a knob switch, and it comes ready to run with no bulb to buy.
In a living room it runs above a sofa or a sideboard; in a bedroom a horizontal line above the headboard replaces two bedside lamps. Because it dims, the same linear wall sconce works for a stairwell at night and a living room by day. Black aluminum goes with pale walls, oak or walnut furniture and matte black faucets and handles. Mount it with a level, not by eye; a linear fitting shows any tilt.
The body is aluminum, which stays cool and does not sag. It comes in black, warm white, in 80 or 100 cm: the shorter for a landing or above a bed, the longer for a full staircase wall. Hardwired for 90-260V. Cut the power at the breaker before cleaning, then wipe with a soft dry or barely damp cloth; no solvents or scouring pads. The LED is integrated, so there are no bulbs to buy or change.

Why it earns its place
80 or 100 cm
Two lengths. The shorter suits a landing or the wall above a bed; the longer covers a full staircase wall or a long sofa run.
Dimmable by knob
A knob switch takes it from full brightness down to a low glow, so the same fitting works for a stairwell at night and a living room by day.
Aluminium body, LED built in
The LED strip is integrated and supplied ready to run, so there is no bulb to buy and the profile stays slim along the wall.

In your home
On a staircase, mount it along the wall so the whole flight is lit from one point, which spares you a row of separate sconces. In a living room it runs above a sofa or a sideboard; in a bedroom, a horizontal line above the headboard replaces two bedside lamps.
Black aluminium works with pale walls, oak or walnut furniture and matt black taps and handles. The one rule is to mount it dead level. A linear light shows the slightest tilt, so use a spirit level rather than your eye.
Materials and quality
The body is aluminium, which stays cool, keeps a crisp edge and does not sag along its length. The LED strip is integrated and dimmable, controlled by a knob switch, and it ships ready to run on a 90-260V supply. Hardwired, so there is no trailing flex. What you get is a slim, rigid black bar in warm white, in 80 or 100 cm, that gives a continuous line of light rather than a series of spots.
Care and everyday use
Cut the power at the breaker before cleaning. Wipe the aluminium with a soft dry cloth or one just damp with water, then dry it. Skip solvents and scouring pads, which dull the black finish. The LED is integrated, so there are no bulbs to buy or change.
Good to know
Which length should I choose?
Match it to the wall. 80 cm suits a landing or the wall above a bed, 100 cm covers a full staircase wall or a long sofa.
Is it dimmable?
Yes. A knob switch adjusts the brightness, so you can take it right down at night.
Does it plug into a socket?
It is hardwired into the wall wiring, so the long bar runs clean along the wall with no cord.
